Amanda became a licensed agent and joined COTW in the fall of 2019. Although her first year was quite the learning curve, she managed to close 27 deals totaling $5.5M+ in sales. She gained an immense amount of knowledge working these wide-ranging transactions that also included different forms of financing and consisted of land, residential, and high-end sales. Her experiences working through challenging situations in the industry have shaped her into a seasoned agent and became a foundation for problem-solving. She runs her business based on relationships and “the long run.” Amanda believes the key to success is to always have a strong work ethic, communicate, and ALWAYS do the right thing. Her success has continued as she closed over $35 million in sales over the past 5 years.
She attended the University of Wyoming, where she earned her BA in Animal Science. Shortly after graduation, her family decided to call Colorado home. After obtaining her degree, she enjoyed raising her three children and was grateful to be
a stay-at-home for the following ten years. Although unaware at the time, the seed for real estate was planted throughout her childhood. It was the background her grandparents provided through their successful Brokerage Firm located in Dallas, TX. All these years later, the drive and passion to journey into real estate sparked, and she knew what she was meant to be doing. Her natural desire to help others revealed that helping someone find their perfect piece of CO to call their own was most rewarding and quickly directed her onto a career path in real estate.
Although Real Estate has sparked a huge passion in Amanda, her world revolves around her family. She admits that maintaining a balance with three kiddos is an ongoing evolving effort, but it’s truly key to being successful and happy in all areas of life. Beyond Real Estate, she strives to give back to many areas in her community and sits on the Gardner Valley School Board. Her heart of gold and attitude of service will go hand in hand to meet all of your real estate need.
