Andrew Holtz

I moved to Colorado just short of 5 years ago, and in that time I moved around the state trying to find where I’d like to settle down. Along the way, I met my girlfriend who’s been my rock and biggest supporter, and together we decided to come back to southern Colorado and find a home in Aguilar. We enjoy the small, quiet town at the foot of the beautiful Spanish Peak Mountains, and with family close by it was the perfect choice.  I decided to become a real estate broker because I love to work with people and go to new places. Whether it’s driving around looking for someone’s new dream home, or helping to list mountainside acreage, each experience will be a unique adventure. I’m excited to learn and grow with Code of the West Real Estate!
