Bill Louthan

Bill grew up in the San Juan Islands of Washington State. After school he joined the United States Marine Corps and served for 20 years. Bill was able to travel to every continent except Antarctica. After retiring from the Marines, as a Gunnery Sergeant, Bill was a Correctional Officer for the Colorado Department of Corrections for over 21 years, retiring as a Lieutenant. Bill has lived and called Trinidad home since 2013. He loves the community and has been actively serving in local events including Artocade, an Art Car festival/Parade. Bill chose to enter real estate as a way to stay active in this community and he is beyond excited to help people find their Southern Colorado dream!
