Johnny “Chip” White brings a unique background in athletics, coaching, business, and leadership to his role with Code of the West Real Estate.
Raised in southeast Alabama by parents who spent 40 years as teachers and coaches, Chip grew up understanding the value of hard work, mentorship, and helping others succeed. He went on to play professional baseball for eight years before opening and operating training facilities in Alabama and Texas. Over the past decade, he has coached athletes of all ages and skill levels, from young players just getting started to Major League professionals.
Today, Chip serves as the manager of the Trinidad Triggers and has recently made Walsenburg home with his wife and their young son.
For Chip, real estate is another opportunity to do what he has always enjoyed, helping people understand their options, make confident decisions, and work toward their goals. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a property, or looking for their next investment, Chip brings a straightforward, hardworking, and people-first approach to the process.
He’s excited to be part of the Code of the West Real Estate team and to serve families throughout Southern Colorado.
