I have always felt most at home immersed in nature. As a young girl, my family moved from Spokane, Washington to Northern Idaho. Clark Fork Idaho, to be exact – Clark’s fork of the Lewis and Clark expedition! That is where my love affair with the Rocky Mountains began. I have been a thriving visual artist for over 28 years, spending a decade in Santa Barbara, CA, before moving and purchasing here in 2008. I fell in love with this region more and more every yearly visit since 2004.
I love nature in all of her amazing displays and as I sit here in late July, penning this bio, thunder rumbles in the distance, and a gentle breeze brings in a cool summer rain.
The inspiration here is immediate and constant; a moment-to-moment dance. Winters here are extraordinary as well, sun on diamonds when it snows, and sun on sun when it’s dry.
I had a gallery here in this lively town from 2010 through Spring of 2015. It was wonderful. The music scene here is vibrant as well, with concerts often given by widely touring artists. A seasonal thriving farmers market brings freshness and home baked fabulousness to the town as well. Merchants and galleries have some really special offerings. It’s just a super spot all the way around. Yes I’m in love with La Veta.
I love helping people connect with their hearts’ desires. Home is so important. Whether it is your first or second home, or whether you like to purchase, renovate, and re-sell to folks looking for theirs. Perhaps you’re looking for a good commercial property. Whatever it is that you want to find, I would be honored and delighted to help you. I’ve been licensed in Colorado since moving back in 2022, and was a broker in Washington State for seven years. Real property is one of the best investments we can make. Let my integrity, honesty and knowledge of this vastly fabulous area and marketplace guide you in your search.
