I am Melissa Miller, agent with Code of the West Real Estate. Hailing all the way from Northeastern PA, my husband and our two dogs now lovingly call Montrose, Colorado our home. With a refreshed mindset and the encouragement of my family, I dove wholeheartedly into a new and exciting career where I truly feel I make a difference – real estate. The process of buying my own first home opened my eyes to the whole experience, and I couldn’t wait to share that same feeling with others.
Licensed since 2019, I am proudly serving the Western Slop – Montrose, Delta, Ouray, Ridgway, Grand Junction, Gunnison & the surrounding area! My knowledge of the complexities of the real estate transaction, paired with my love for helping people make me the right choice for buyers and sellers of all kinds. My soft spot is always First Time Home Buyers, but I love exploring vacant land with my new home builders too!
