Nick Hammett

Born and raised in Broomfield, Colorado, Nick developed a strong passion for the outdoors and became fascinated with the natural beauty of Colorado. Nick has strong Southern Colorado roots and knew from an early age that he wanted to escape city life and ultimately achieve a peaceful life in the country. Nick played four years of collegiate baseball and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Nick moved to Southern Colorado in 2016 and went on to attain his Master’s degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver, and has worked for the federal government as an Environmental Compliance Specialist for the last 5 years. Nick currently resides in Colorado City with his wife, Laurie, and enjoys hiking, camping, snowshoeing, fly fishing and exploring all that Colorado has to offer. With a thorough understanding of mountain/rural properties and a passion for providing exemplary customer service, Nick is confident that he can fulfill all of your Southern Colorado real estate needs!
