Sarah Jardis

Licensed in April 2017, I work with Code of the West Real Estate in Huerfano County, and am also a member of Spanish Peaks MLS and Pueblo Association of Realtors. I come from a 21 year career as a residential mortgage broker in Eagle County, Colorado and bring a great deal of experience in the industry, specifically with financing, contracts and timelines. I love working in this new context, particularly as a commercial and relocation specialist, finding the perfect property matches, and being able to use my past experience to inform and facilitate the process. I am serve on the SPMLS Board of Directors, the Spanish Peaks Business Alliance Board of Directors, the Huerfano County Tourism Board and the Fox Theatre Walsenburg Board.
